Hi, I'm Clara.
I am an American living in Spain with more than 10 years of real estate experience across both the United States and Spain.
My background is a little different than most real estate professionals. Before real estate, I worked in clinical social work, where I fell in love with helping people through major life transition.
Over the years, I have built my own real estate business, become a real estate investor and experienced firsthand what it's like to relocate internationally and build a life in a new country.
Today, I help English-speaking internationals buy, sell, and navigate housing decisions in Valencia and Barcelona with greater clarity, confidence, and support.
Because real estate is never just about property. It's about stepping into new seasons of life.

Move to Spain
I moved to Spain to have a new experience of life. Of course, I experienced firsthand the challenges of relocating internationally, navigating a new system, and building a life abroad.

Along the way, I became a real estate investor, purchasing three investment properties over five years. It gave me firsthand experience from both sides of the transaction.

I transitioned into real estate to combine my passion for helping people with entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, I've built a successful real estate business helping buyers and sellers.

After earning a Master's Degree in Social Work, I spent several years helping people navigate major life transitions. It taught me that people need more than information. They need guidance and support.
